Well, I seem to be making up for all of my at-home days this past winter. I’ll be speaking tonight in Burnsville at the monthly meeting of the Col. John B. Palmer Camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans. They meet at the Burnsville Town Center at 6: 30 pm. Everyone is welcomed.
On Thursday, June 23, I’ll be speaking at the Lt. Gen. D. H. Hill Camp Sons of Confederate Veterans near Mooresville, NC. They meet at 6:00 pm at the Tally House in Troutman.
And then this Saturday, I’ll be speaking around lunch time at the Elijah Norris family reunion in Boone. Norris served in the 58th North Carolina Troops, and I am looking forward to meeting and reconnecting with some of his descendants.
